उत्तम परिणाम के लिए अच्छा प्रदर्शन अति आवश्यक है।और अच्छे प्रदर्शन के लिए अच्छी तैयारी भी बहुत जरूरी है। हम अच्छा प्रदर्शन तभी कर पाते है ,जब हम अपनी तैयारी के प्रति समर्पित भाव से प्रयास करते हैं।जब भी हम आधी अधूरी तैयारी के साथ रणभूमि में उतरते हैं, तो सदा हमे निराशा ही हाथ लगती है। जब भी हम किसी  क्षेत्र में प्रदर्शन के लिए जाते हैं तो हमारे बहुत से करीबियों की हमारे साथ उम्मीद बंध जाती है।अतः सभी की उम्मीदों को बरकरार रखने के लिए तथा अच्छे प्रदर्शन के लिए पूरी तैयारी कर साथ रणभूमि में उतरे। Good performance is very important for best results. कला प्रत्येक स्थान पर विद्यमान है ।जैसे जीवन जीने की कला ,संगीत की कला ,चित्रकारी की कला ,नृत्य की कला आदि कलाओ का ही स्वरूप है।यदि हमारा संबंध किसी न किसी रूप में कला से हो जाता है ,तो यह हमारे जीवन में एक नया रंग भर देती है।अक्सर हमे यह महसूस होता हैं, कि कला ही जीवन हैं।मनुष्य आदिकाल से ही किसी न किसी रूप में कला से जुड़ा हुआ है।प्रागैतिहासिक काल मे मनुष्य गुफा की दीवारों पर चित्रकारी करके कला का प्रदर्शन करता था, जोकि आज भी प्रेरणा का स्रोत है।आदिकाल से आज तक कला का विकास ही हो रहा है। अतः जीवन से मायूसी को हटाने के लिए कला से जुड़ाव अतिआवश्यक है। Art is present in every place. एक निश्चित समय के पश्चात नवीनता की ओर आकर्षित होंना मानवजाति का स्वभाव है।मनुष्य सदैव नूतनता का अभिलासी होता है ,जिससे वह नित नए नए प्रयोग करता रहता है।नवीनता कुछ समय का संतोष तो देती है ।किंतु इससे यह ये स्पष्ट नही होता ,कि पुरातन वस्तुओ का अस्तित्व समाप्त हो गया। क्योंकि जो आज नवीन है ,वह कल पुरातन होगा। तथा जो कल पुरातन था ,वह आज नवीन होगा ।अतः सभी वस्तुए अपना अलग महत्व रखती है ।तथा सभी का अपना अस्तित्व हैं। Being attracted to newness after a certain time is the nature of mankind. Man is always interested in novelty, so that he keeps experimenting constantly. Newness gives some satisfaction.  That antiquities ceased to exist.  Because what is new today, tomorrow will be archaic.  And what was ancient yesterday, it will be new today. So everything has its own importance. And all have their own existence.

आरक्षण को हम दो रूपो में समझ सकते है, एक तो इसका सकारात्मक पहलू है। वही दूसरा नकारात्मक।सकारात्मक रूप में समझे तो ,इससे अति पिछड़े लोगो को बहुत संबल मिला है ।वही नकारात्मक रूप में यह बहुत से लोगो के लिए कष्टदायी भी साबित हुआ है ।कुछ हद तक आरक्षण की जरूरत है, इसको झुठलाया नही जा सकता ।किन्तु वही तक जहा तक इससे दूसरे वर्ग को हानि न हो या समानता प्राप्त न हो जाये ।अतः आरक्षण वही तक कारगर है जहाँ तक यह समानता प्राप्ति का साधन बने। इससे इतर यदि होता है तो इसकी समाप्ति करनी चाहिए। We can understand reservation in two ways, one is its positive aspect.  That is the other negative. If understood in a positive way, it has given a lot of support to the most backward people. In the same negative form it has proved to be painful for many people. It needs reservation to some extent, it cannot be denied.  But as long as it does not harm other class or achieve equality. रचनात्मकता प्रत्येक मनुष्य में आवश्यक है।यदि व्यक्ति रचनात्मक है ,तो वह संसाधनों की कमी में भी अपनी रचनात्मकता से निर्मित या नवनिर्मित कर सकता हैं।रचनात्मकता से ही नए नए अविष्कार होते है।नई नई वस्तुओ का निर्माण होता है ।यदि व्यक्ति रचनात्मक है ,तो वह नित नए नए कार्य करता है ।तथा उसमें नई ऊर्जा का संचार होता रहता है ।तथा यह नवाचार की भी जननी है ।अतः रचनात्मकता कार्यशैली को प्रभाभित करती हुई एक नया पथ प्रशस्त करती है। Creativity is essential in every human being. If a person is creative, he can create or innovate with his creativity even in lack of resources. Creativity itself leads to new innovations. New things are created. If a person is creative  , So he always does new things. And there is a flow of new energy in him. And it is also the mother of innovation. So creativity paves a new path affecting the style of work.

मनुष्य एक सामाजिक प्राणी है।उसके सभी क्रियाकलाप एवं गतिविधियां सामाजिक रूप में ही होती है।यू तो ये नही कहा जा सकता कि अनोको समाज है ,किंतु प्रत्येक स्थान की अपनी संस्कृति तथा सभ्यता होती है ।जो एक समूह या समाज को दूसरे से अलग करती है ।हमे सामाजिक प्राणी होने के नाते सभी का सम्मान करना चाहिए।क्योंकि प्रत्येक समूह या समाज या स्थान की अपनी विशेषतायें है ,जो किसी के लिए भी आकर्षण की वजह बन सकती है अतः कह सकते हैं कि समाज ही हमारी पूंजी है। Man is a social animal. All its activities and activities take place in social form. It cannot be said that there is a unique society, but each place has its own culture and civilization.  We should respect everyone as social animals. Because each group or society or place has its own characteristics, which can become a reason for attraction for anyone, so we can say that society is our capital.

सिनेमा समाज का दर्पण होता है ,अतःइसमें कोई भी दोराय नही है ।क्योंकि जो भी इसमें कलाकारी होती है ,वह प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से समाज से ही प्रेरित होती है ।सिनेमा कभी कभी अच्छी सीख देता है ,तो कभी बुरी सीख भी देता है ।अब हर अवस्था मे ये हम पर निर्भर करता है ,कि हम इसे किस प्रकार से लेते हैं।अतः हमारा सदैव यही प्रयत्न हो कि इसे हम स्वयं में बुराइयो का घर बनने का कारण न बनाये। Cinema is a mirror of society, so there is no doubt in it. Because whatever is artistic in it, it is directly indirectly inspired by the society. Cinema sometimes teaches good, sometimes teaches bad.  Now it is up to us at every stage, how we take it. Therefore, we should always make an effort not to cause it to become the home of the evils.

यदि हमारे अन्तर्मन में निश्छलता का भाव है, तो यह सिद्ध होता है कि हम उस कार्य के प्रति कितने कृतज्ञ है। निश्छलता या निष्कपटता की भावना प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का प्रिय गुण है।कभी कभार लोभ वश या कपटी स्वभाव के कारण हम अन्य व्यक्ति का विश्वास खो देते हैं ।निश्छल भाव का धनी व्यक्ति सभी का विश्वास पात्र होता है ।अतः निश्छलता के भाव को स्वयं में संजोना चाहिये। If there is a feeling of innocence in our conscience, then it proves how grateful we are for that work.  The feeling of innocence or sincerity is the favorite quality of every person. Sometimes due to greed or insidious nature we lose the trust of other person. The rich person of low price is worthy of everyone's trust. So cherish the feeling of selflessness in oneself.

निष्पक्षता प्रत्येक संदर्भ में आवश्यक है। यदि हम निष्पक्ष रूप से कार्य करते हैं ,तो हम सभी के प्रिय बने रहते हैं।निष्पक्षता पारदर्शिता को बढ़ावा देती है।यदि हम निष्पक्ष रहते हैं तो कार्य मे प्रगति भी होती है ।क्योंकि निष्पक्षता आलोचनाओ से परे होती है ।और बहुत से नकारत्मक पहलुओं को स्वयं से दूर रखती है ।अतः हमे कार्यक्षेत्र मे निष्पक्ष रूप से कार्य करना चाहिए। Fairness is required in every context.  If we act impartially, we remain dear to all. Fairness promotes transparency. If we remain impartial, work also progresses. Because impartiality is beyond criticism. And many negative aspects keep away from ourselves. Therefore, we should work impartially in the field.
